Product Description:
The process of melting and casting includes melting, purification, impurity removal, gas removal, slag removal and casting. The main process is as follows:
(1) Ingredients: according to the specific alloy grade that needs to be produced, calculate the amount of various alloy components to be added, and reasonably match various raw materials.
(2) Melting: the prepared raw materials are added into the melting furnace to melt according to the technological requirements, and the impurities and gases in the melt are effectively removed by means of degassing and slag removal refining.
(3) Casting: the molten aluminum is cooled and cast into round casting rods of various specifications by deep well casting system under certain casting process conditions.
